Terms and conditions

In these terms, ROadwise refers to Autorijschool ROadwise, located at Drapenierlaan 123, 8043 AL Zwolle. Learner refers to the person taking driving lessons with ROadwise.

A lesson lasts 60 minutes and is given by one dedicated instructor (unless agreed otherwise in advance). The instructor ensures that the car meets all legal requirements.

The learner brings a valid ID and, where applicable, a valid theory certificate to the exam.

Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned time. Later cancellations are billed in full. Cancellations due to illness or force majeure are handled reasonably and in consultation.

The learner is responsible for providing the correct documents for the CBR exam. ROadwise registers you and guides the process. If the learner is ill on exam day, re-registration is at the learner's cost, except where the CBR is demonstrably at fault.

Packages are paid in advance in one go, or in mutually agreed instalments. Single lessons are invoiced monthly. ROadwise may suspend lessons if payment is overdue.

The learner is not liable for damage to the lesson car during a lesson, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Fines incurred during a lesson are paid by ROadwise, unless the learner acted against instructions.

The instructor handles personal information carefully and does not share it with third parties, except where legally required.

We always try to resolve a complaint together first. Email us at info@roadwise.nl. If we can't reach a solution, you can turn to the disputes committee of FAM/BOVAG.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Overijssel, the Netherlands.
